Have you tried ProofHub (http://www.proofhub.com). Even I have used Basecamp, but lately i cal it quit when I come across ProofHub. It allows me to add To-Do’s, share files with team and clients, set milestones. It’s inbuilt browser chat helps to discuss important issues with team and clients as well both at the same time. Infact, I think it’s the only project management software that has built in proofing tool.
